Our products are non-returnable and non- exchangeable. We will only replace products that is damaged due to shipping errors or manufacturing defects.
Fixed order means processed order, therefore cannot be cancelled. Customers whose cancel their order will receive a warning, and we have the right to blacklist customers that does not respond to our warning message.
Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.
Our product has 3 sizes : Petite (13 cm), Normal (15 cm), and Big (17 cm).
Every accessory comes with 5 cm extender chain.
Our shipment is currently only available in Semarang. Out of town delivery can only be done manually, without using any e-commerce therefore there are still shipping costs.
